Talented team of mental health virtual assistants collaborating in office

WE LOVE REMOTE WORK

This is a work-from-anywhere (as long as you have high-speed internet and a private, indoor space) position open to U.S. citizens in the states of Pennsylvania, Virginia, South Carolina, Florida, Wyoming, Washington, Texas, Tennessee, South Dakota, Nevada, and Alaska.

MFVA Culture

Our agency believes in work-life integration, inclusivity, and equal rights for all. We are anti-racist, LGBTQIA+ allies, and pro-reproductive rights.

We practice a culture of respect for our team members and a reverence for their lives outside of work. Our culture of work-life integration requires us, as employers, to be active participants in achieving a scenario where work does not compete or take priority over family, friends, self-care, mental health, or the physical well-being of our team. We strive to redefine work, especially for women, who are often professionally penalized for being caregivers.

It is important to MFVA that we provide meaningful, flexible work that complements your life and that our work-life integration culture makes it possible to define and achieve your professional and lifestyle goals simultaneously. We are on a mission to help more people get the mental health they need by allowing mental health providers to spend more time with clients and less time on administrative operations. We are passionate about our work because we understand its impact on individuals and communities.

In addition to seeking stellar virtual talent with mental healthcare experience, it is important that we hire people that align with the values above and who find this work meaningful.

Our applicants are vetted for mental healthcare administrative experience, hard and soft skills, and compatibility with the nuances and sensitivities of the work. Although the work is flexible by design, there are high expectations put on excellent communication skills, empathy, problem solving, professionalism, teamwork, and work quality so we can deliver stellar, premium services to our clients.
