WE LOVE REMOTE WORK

This is a work-from-anywhere (as long as you have high-speed internet) position open to U.S. citizens in the states of Pennsylvania, Virginia, South Carolina, Mississippi, Florida, Wyoming, Washington, Texas, Tennessee, South Dakota, Nevada, and Alaska.

Our MFVA virtual assistants are vetted for mental healthcare administrative experience, hard and soft skills, and compatibility with the nuances and sensitivities of the work. Although the work is flexible by design, there are high expectations put on excellent communication skills, empathy, professionalism, great teamwork, and work quality so we can deliver stellar, premium services to our clients.

MFVA Pay

Full-time MFVA team members work 30 hours per week and make an annual salary of $35,880 ($23/HR) plus benefits that include: 4 weeks of PTO, health insurance, dental and vision coverage, 401K, short & long-term disability, reliable bonuses, and opportunities for advancement.

All employees start part-time at $18/hour with full benefits. Part-Time employees transition to full-time following successful completion of our training which takes 3-8 weeks, depending on experience.
